Brief Introduction
This equipment is usually composed of solar photovoltaic panels,
floating bodies, submersible pumps, jet injectors and other parts.
Solar photovoltaic panels convert solar energy into electrical
energy to power submersible pumps. Submersible pumps draw in water,
and through Venturi jets, air is drawn in and mixed with water to
form nanoscale bubbles that are sprayed into the water. These
nanobubbles have an extremely large specific surface area and can
efficiently transfer oxygen to the water body, increasing the
dissolved oxygen content of the water. Meanwhile, the floating body
of the equipment is made of high molecular materials to ensure that
the equipment can float on the water surface and rise and fall with
the water level, adapting to different water environments.
Characteristics
Environmental protection and energy conservation: Powered by solar
energy, it does not require external power grid connection, has
zero electricity consumption, reduces carbon emissions, and causes
no pollution to the environment. It is especially suitable for use
in remote areas without electricity supply.
High-efficiency oxygenation: The characteristics of nano-bubbles
significantly increase the oxygen transfer rate compared to
ordinary bubbles. Under the same aeration intensity, they can
produce more dissolved oxygen, achieving higher biochemical oxygen
demand (BOD) and ammonia nitrogen removal rates. They can rapidly
and effectively improve the hypoxia condition of water bodies and
promote the decomposition and transformation of organic matter,
ammonia nitrogen and other pollutants in water.
Easy installation: Fixed bridge or floating installation can be
chosen. The equipment floats on the water surface, with no
foundation requirements, not affected by water level changes, no
need for a machine room or any pipelines, pumps, valves, and there
is no clogging phenomenon. The construction and installation are
simple, and only installation experience is required.
Stable operation: If dome-shaped solar photovoltaic panels are
adopted, they can better match the water environment, utilize
sunlight more stably and persistently, and ensure that the
equipment can operate relatively stably under different seasons and
weather conditions, continuously providing aeration and oxygenation
functions for the water body.
Low noise and environmental protection: The noise generated during
the operation of the equipment is usually between 30 and 40
