Brief Introduction
Deep-water solar jet aeration machine, also known as photovoltaic
fountain pump or photovoltaic water-lifting aeration machine. It is
mainly composed of photovoltaic panels, fountain systems,
intelligent control systems, battery packs (optional), etc. This
device floats on the water surface and can rise and fall with the
water level. It converts light energy into electrical energy
through solar panels, driving the submersible motor to make the
water flow upward. The water forms a fountain from the nozzle and
sprays into the air, dispersing into water droplets of different
sizes, thereby increasing the dissolved oxygen in the water body.
Characteristics
Energy conservation and environmental protection: Powered by solar
energy, it has zero electricity consumption and no carbon
emissions. It is both economical and environmentally friendly,
especially suitable for remote breeding areas without power grid
coverage.
High-efficiency oxygenation: The fountain design expands the
contact area between air and water, and the oxygenation efficiency
is over 30% higher than that of the traditional impeller type. The
dissolved oxygen increase rate can reach 2-5mg /L · h, effectively
solving the problems of fish hypoxia and water quality
deterioration, and providing conditions for high-density fish
farming.
Promoting water circulation: It can facilitate the circulation of
upper and lower water bodies, balance the water temperature
difference, enhance water flow, increase dissolved oxygen at the
bottom of the water, stir the water body, regulate the water
temperature of the upper and lower layers, inhibit the outbreak of
algae, and reduce the accumulation of sediment pollutants.
Purify water quality: It can decompose sulfides and nutrient
deposits at the bottom of the pool, reduce water odor, prevent the
breeding of mosquitoes and algae, inhibit the reproduction of
anaerobic bacteria, and lower the concentration of harmful
substances such as ammonia nitrogen and hydrogen sulfide.
Landscape beautification: The fountain design can be customized,
such as the height of the spray and the shape of the water
splashes, which is both practical and ornamental. It is suitable
for scenes like park lakes and community landscape water bodies,
and can enhance the value of the water area landscape.
Easy installation: The float design does not require a fixed
foundation and can be moved freely. It is simple to install, small
in size, and not affected by water level, making it convenient to
install and adjust in different water areas.
Intelligent control: Some devices can be optionally equipped with a
light control + time control system, which automatically starts and
stops, saving time and effort. Some high-end models also support
remote monitoring, allowing real-time monitoring of parameters such
as dissolved oxygen and water temperature through a mobile phone
APP, which enables farmers to promptly grasp the water body
conditions.
Low noise and corrosion resistance: It adopts a low-noise design
and will not generate significant noise interference during
operation. Meanwhile, anti-corrosion materials such as 304
stainless steel and engineering plastics are usually adopted, which
extends the service life of the equipment.
